Smartcard fee charged even if I returned it

Hello,

I had a tv option on my internet contract that I never used (never started the box or used Smartcard) .

When the contract ended I have put everything in the box and sent it back.

Now I am being charged for not returning the Smartcard (but I did).

Why would I keep it ???

How to get it corrected?
