Slow internet (speed test says 12mbits for 500mbit contact !)

Dear Vodafpne,

since the biggning of my contract and I had avrage service, but now I experience multiple disconnections , slow internet, and since yesterday spped dropped from avrage 50mbits to less than 1mbit !

I need support in English if possible because my German still too basic to explain such problems.

I am experiencing the same problems, this is the second day when my internet connection drops to a very low speed in the evening. I'm looking for a solution...
