Hey guys,
I'm not confident in my German yet so I need support in English.
My internet connection drops alot,
On my wife's phone every hour she experience alot of disconnects.
Me I experience hickups in connection, apps like Twitter and Master Class loads content for five minutes ! But if I use the web they are working fine.
I'm on Kabel , Red internet and 500 phone.
The experience was horrible comparing to previous Provider that I tried to cancel my contract but looks like we are stuck together for two years.
But If you can fix this I will continue my contract.
Please help.

So the interference now only occurs on your smartphone?
Have you ever reset the router to the factory settings?
Does the interference also occur on a device that is connected via LAN cable?

- Yes I have this problem via mobile, on limited service (Twitter, MasterClass, Amazon Kindle, CuriosityStream, GoogleTranslate) where they fail to download/stream/update their data.
This happens every now and then.
(Last week it happened, this weekend they are fine ! )
- I tried once to reset to factory settings, that was a month after my subscription activated and no improvement..
I haven't tried recently.
- No I don't connect via LAN at all, and the laptop has no problems streaming or loading timelines, even though sometimes I suffer temporary slow connection.

It's my mobile,
She had issues but not complaining anymore after splitting 5ghz from 2.4
I was not complaining before splitting the frequency, all my problems started after splitting.
