Hello,
in my contract I should have gotten the Safety package for free for the first two months. However, now in my latest invoice the safety package was billed even though not even a month had passed since the contract was made.
I was able to cancel the safety package, but I want the occurred costs to be reimbursed as it should have been free for the first two months.
