Hello I have Vodafone Cabel internet at my home. Yesterday evening suddenly the router stopped working and nothing happens on resetting the router. Now it is not working and even doesn't show any wifi signal.
I tried to call the technical service and they fixed an appointment for the call but the lady on the call didn't spoke English. She told me she will call me later but haven't called me back.
Can you please help me to exchange my vodafone router. Since I would be working from home from Monday so it is very important for me.

I see that today the router was replaced by the hotline. Please wait until the router is there.

Does a TV still work? Or have you been informed by your landlord that they are switching the cable network providers?
In case of the latter, it might be that it's not a Router fault but instead that Vodafone won't be able to provide you with Internet anymore as you then have to switch to another provider.
Even if it is really a faulty router (or line), then it is very unlikely that you'll get a replacement device until monday - as postal services don't work on public holidays or sundays and thus even a replacement package won't be able to ship from the warehouse before monday.

Thanks Moni. Sorry if I write directly to mods. Since it was urgent and there were holidays so I thought may be it could speed up the thing.
I received the router today and now I am connected again.
Great thanks to Vodafone for quick action 🙂
