I received a bill for my kabel connection. The bill contains a (Anteilige Abrechnung Ihrer Servicegebühr) of 7.74 €. This cost was not mentioned in my contract. Can you tell me why this is charged. Do I have to pay this amount (Anteilige Abrechnung Ihrer Servicegebühr) monthly?

Can any one explain me? I have also seen in Müsterrechnung but its not mentioned their.

Hi Tamang,

have you changed or cancelled the tariff? Only then is a pro-rata calculation made. It means that a tariff has been billed pro rata up to a certain period.
