the return note was sent to you with the device. I don't have the possibility to send you another one.
In your cancellation confirmation you will find the return date and address. You can also find information on our "Help & Service " page.
You have to send the cable router back, because it was left to you for the duration of the contract. Only when you have sent it back, a refund can be checked.
