Questions about canceling the Vodafone service

Last week I ordered the cable internet service on Vodafone but this week I received a mail saying that I have to get permission from my landlord to install the cable internet service. I asked my landlord but he does not want to give me that permission. So I want to cancel the service. Could you please tell me how can I do that?

if we dont receive permission from the landlord, we will not install the connection. You don't have to worry about anything else. You should receive the cancellation separately within the next 14 days.
