I just recently used the umzug service to move my service to my wifes new address. Now i am being charged for not returning the digital reciever box and card. I am still using the service? Why am i being charged for something still being used and is part of the service?

Have you checked that both, your Internet and your TV contract, have moved?

Yes the service is working and the billing statement has the new address. But i am being charged with not returning the receiver and smart card.

on the confirmation of the move it was stated that the TV contract will be terminated, because a supply already exists. Also the note that the devices must be sent back was deposited there. The calculation is therefore correct for the time being.
