Hi Vodafone community.
I took a new Vodafone cable max 1000. The address on the new contract was printed wrong. I received the modem and all the hardware. But I am unable to make a technician appointment because of the wrong address. I tried to change the address. But everytime I call the hotline, I get different information. I now need a confirmation that the address is changed if not I will cancel the contract.
I do not know what to do more.
Please excuse me for using English language. My German is not very good.

if I understand it correctly, then you gave a different address when you ordered instead of the one where you live?
The easiest and cheapest way would be for you to cancel the order, if still possible, and sign a new contract.

It was a simple typo error. Instead of 14, they typed 1. I thought before I get my hardware, I can get it corrected. But now I have gone to the Vodafone shop nearly 10 times just for this. Once I managed to initiate the change, it takes 72 hours for the changes to reflect on my contract. So slow!!!
I actually thought of the cancel option, but Vodafone Passau was so optimistic that they can solve it.
But they never actually are able to.
Is there a possibility that you can check the initiated change?

I can check if my colleagues have initiated the change. But roughly that would be a move.

I know. I called the Vodafone hotline and they told me it has been canceled. I kind of expected it. I did not have hopes. I also got to know that the Vodafone shop gave me the wrong information about the address having a possible cable connection. Nevermind!
