Hello Vodafone,
My german is not good, so I would use English.
Currently I have a problem which the internet is too slow to use it.
Download and upload speeds are slow together. When I checked the speed through Vodafone website, Download was 2Mbit/s, Upload was 0 Mbit/s. It happened from end of last year.
Could you help me solve this problem?

is this interference that you can not access the websites, via LAN or W-LAN?
Have you ever reset the cable router to factory settings?

I cannot access the websites both(LAN and W-LAN). It happened last week. When I use the VPN, accessing the website is working well.
I have tried reset the cable router to factory settings 2 times but it didn't work.

are these IPv4 or IPv6 websites or is there no difference there. Via VPN, are there no restrictions at all? Then please try a speedtest on any other site.
