My internet speed is slow

Hello Vodafone,

My german is not good, so I would use English.

Currently I have a problem which the internet is too slow to use it. 

Download and upload speeds are slow together. When I checked the speed through Vodafone website, Download was  2Mbit/s, Upload was 0 Mbit/s. It happened from end of last year.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Hello wltndi95,

there is still a high net utilisation for the upstreams. Additionally there is a problem in the return path. I made a new task so the colleagues can find the source of that.
