Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing here as specialist from Vodafone Kundenservice asked me to do so.
I currently have the Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable plan, which started on 24/12/2016. I am leaving my current house in Berlin and moving to new house in Düsseldorf on 30th June 2018.
My new address will be: ***, 40223 Düsseldorf, DE. As Vodafone cable connection is not available at my new house I request you to terminate my current plan to have the last date as 30th June 2018.
I have attached my new house contract as proof with the email I wrote to Kudenservice to vodafone. Ticket: T20180516074JS010Z59062278. If you need me to send the hosue contract again please let me know.

Hi prateek_agarwal,
the contract is already in termination. You have the option to use our VDSL on the new address. You will find an offer on the cancellation confirmation. The advantage would be that we could end the existing contract with the switching of the DSL connection.

Just to confirm, my contract will end on 30 June 2018, right? Will I get the cancellation confirmation by post or by email?
I will evaluate if I need a DSL connection for Vodafone at my new home.

Hi Prateek,
no, the contract ends on 28.09.2018. That means with a period of 3 months beginning with the day of the move.
For this reason the reference to a DSL contract. We could shorten the deadline with this.

1) If I switch to Vodafone DSL I can terminate my current contract on 30th June 2018 and start with the new DSL contract from 1st July 2018, is that correct?
2) The new DSL contract will be valid for 24 months?
3) I currently see from Vodafone's website, there are three DSL plans available at my new home location. can I choose any of these plans and the rate is same as that shown online?
4) There is also amount that new DSL customer receive on signing with Vodafone DSL, do I get that money?

-> You can choose every available DSL/VDSL plan you want. If you do not cancel the contract on time, it will be extended by 12 months.

-> Yes. You'll get the amount. It is an invoice credit. A withdrawal to your bank account is not possible.
