Hello,
I am a kabel customer and I am going to move to a different address (Munich to Munich again).
I tried my modem on the new address but there seems to be no connection. My new address is a new building so maybe I need an appointment with the technician to establish the connection? Can someone support me here?

Hi Stephan,
Unfortunately I don't have any kabel contract linked to my vodafone account. In order to link it I would need an activation code which most probably I lost. Is there a different way to infor of my relocation?

I managed to get the activation code to my email and I linked the contract to my account. However now I can't see this contract in the given form. It says there is not contract in your inventory. What else shall I do?

thanks for the address. At your new address no internet & phone from us is possible. You have to cancel your contract. Please use this form. How to fill it out correctly, we have explained in the article "Moving abroad - Leaving Germany".
