Dear community,
I would like to cancel my internet contract earlier, due to family affairs I'm leaving Germany for good.
I sent last month letter with date of leaving, adress in my home country and confirmation letter from real estate agent to Vodafone, based on advise from Vodafone employee, whom set up a contract last year, .
Looks like Vodafone refused or I do not know, as on the back page of received letter the dates remains unchanged,
as per original contract.
For all that period I was good customer, and paid always directly when bill arrived, no waiting time.
So pleas I would be grateful if you can help me, to solve this.

In case your moving was pre-noted correctly, the cancellation will be in effect after you provide officeial proof that you've moved. The cancellation is right now only processed as "regular" cancellation but it should state in the letter that the date will change if you provide official proof of movement.
Anyhow, you'll have to pay for additional 3 months after leaving Germany...
And please keep in mind to send back any rental device you've got.
