Hello,
My landlord denied Vodafone's request to install the the modem in our flat, so I am forced to cancel Vodafone internet and cable service. Can some one please assist me with this? It is very difficult to contact someone via the hotline.

we have now also received feedback from the technician that the connection cannot be installed. Your contract via internet & phone will be revoked. You will also receive a written confirmation.

Thanks for the information! I have two devices. I have the cable router and a cable box for television. Should both devices go to the same address? Also, will there be anything else that will be needed from me in regards to the cancellation of the contract? Please let me know.

the GigaTV Net Box is part of a separate TV contract This contract is not automatically revoked. You can use the box independently from our internet with another internet connection. Do you want to do this?

Yes, I will like to cancel the GigaTV Netbox as well. The only reason the netbox was on the order was because it was incuded for free as a bundle package. I already had cellphone service with Vodafone and the addition of internet service allowed me to get the GigaTV Netbox for free. Since I no longer will be able to have internet service, I do not want the Giga TV Netbox.
Also, I want to make sure my contract will be canceled since I can not have the service. Is there any additional paperwork that you need from me in order to cancel the contract, or will I only need to mail back the devices?
