Hello,

I am reaching out here because I have been trying to call Vodafone and message them on WhatsApp but could not be put in contact with an English-speaking person.

 

I have requested the cancellation of my TV option and I have received the confirmation by email.

But the email states that the end of the contract is in 2022.

 

Does that mean that my option cannot be terminated before that date?

If yes, how is it possible to send a new confirmation with the cancellation date as of now?

If not, I would like to cancel my termination request.

 

Can somebody from Vodafone reach out to help?

Hi Clara,

 

You want to cancel the complete TV contract or just an additional option? When was the contract signed? What was the cancellation date on the last invoice?
