Good evening,
I have my Vodafone Cable Internet activated for 2 days. My plan is Cable Red 200. Unfortunately, the download speed is only around 95 Mbit/s using a cable connection to the router.
At the moment, I only use a foreign telephone number, therefore, I cannot call the technical service directly. Vodafone live chat refuses to help as well. Could you please help?

I have found an interesting thing in the settings for my router:Why does it say 100 Mbits and not 200 Mbits as in my contract? Can I change this?

Is your network card also Gigabit capable? Please check your computer, if all settings are set correctly.

Yes, my laptop (Dell N7110) is Gigabit capable. I am using Vodafone WLAN router and the CAT5e cable which I found in the box of the router.
Also, I tested my Wi-Fi download speed in close proximity to the router and the maximum I get is only 40 Mbps. I used my mobile phone as well and the result is similar. I believe this is quite common for 100 Mbps Internet plans? I would definitely expect a higher Wi-Fi speed with a 200 Mbps Internet plan even with a 2.4 GHz connection.
Therefore, I tend to believe that there is a 100 Mbps limitation set in my router for some reason. Any ideas how to solve this?

After reset and connection to another lan port:
Download: 92 Mbps
Upload: 12 Mbps
Ping: 26 ms
Wifi:
Download: 30 Mbps
Upload: 12 Mbps
Ping: 27 ms
