My Vodafone cable bill increased suddenly from past 2 months.

Sorry i am still learning German, can't speak German.

It will be very helpful if i get assistance here in understnading my bill. Thanks in advance.

 

Till december-2018 i was getting charged Euro 16.99.

But in 01/07/2019 it was Euro 31.51

And on 02/07/2019 it was Euro 46.99.

Hello samrat,

 

in the first 12 months you got 30,- discount on the fee. Since January 2019 we calculate the standard price for your tariff (44,99 €). This is also stated in your order confirmation.

you looked at the invoices on the customer portal. Perhaps it clarifies itself then.

Thanks for your time. And really sorry for wasting your time. I found the contract which explains this. And i also see that i am having option to change the tariff to 100Mbits for lesser price which i was told and got written on my contract. I am not able to see the opton to change to 100 Mbits online.

 

Could you please let me know what will be the monthly price deductions for 100Mbits for a loyal customer like me.

And how to change the tariff to 100Mbits?

the price for 100 mbit/s should also be indicated there. 34,99 € per month if you change.

Thank you very much. Sorry for repeating the same question. How to change the plan to 100mbits? under 'change tariff' i don't see this option(for 100Mbits). Or if you can do it for me on your own, it will be very helpful.
