Hello, I have received and email from MeinKabel-Kundenportal on 28.10.2019 saying that:

Bitte antworten Sie nicht auf diese E-Mail, da sie automatisch versendet wurde. Wenn Sie diese Nachricht irrtümlich erhalten haben, bitten wir Sie diese zu löschen.

Similarly, I have received a telephone from a person claiming to be a Vodafone Quality assurance. He has told me to return the current router, as I may get a new digital one.
However, I am not sure he is a really a vodafone quality assurance officer or not because his contact number is not hotline number, however, he knows all the details of my contract.
I am happy with the vodafone and its internet is working very well. I can share his and my details in personal message, therefore, kindly, contact me as soon as possible.

Still waiting for some reply, as to avoid the unnecessary contract cancelaltion.

@TinaNo I have not ordered for the tarrif change. The person told me that the vodafone has sent me mistakenly analog router. Therefore, he will sent me the digital one.
I am confuse and have doubt because the Vodafone workstation router is working perfectly, and if there is a change of router then vodafone can send me a digital one and later i can return them the current router. There is no need to cancel the contract.

I am user the Kundennumer and activation code, but it is failing.
I have received the email of contract cancellation and it asks me to retun the router before 14.11.2019.
I hope to receive your reply and suggestion about:
1. Should i send back the router or not?
2. Contact was from authorized vodafone quality assurance person or not, as I may follow or ignore his recommendation.

Hi qurb,
the contract has been revoked and the hardware must be returned in that case. However, a new contract has already been created and you will receive new hardware again.

He has messaged me today at 15.24 about the posting of new hardware.
As, I have new contract by the check24 and they promise to give me a bonus. I do not want to be trapped and loss the promised amount.

the new revenue was received as an online order. You had previously closed with Check24? What conditions and credit notes were offered there?
Unfortunately, we cannot find the employee by name. Was that a consultant on site or did he just call?

Hi @Thomas @Tina Thank you for the reply. Check24 bonus: 300 euros cash back, 50 euros cash back for check24 customers, 120 euros by vodafone.. Kindly, see the detailed tarrif in the attachment.
The contacting person claimed that he is a consultant. Reason to beleive on him is becuase he knows all the details of the contract. However, reason to NOT beleive on him is because he was not contacting from vodafone help line and i receive an email (already pasted in the first message) from vodafone and the email content was as i have requested to cancel the contract.
Surely, you can not figure him out from his name, however, may be from his contact phone number.
If not, then can you please confirm who has requested the new contract. If it is check24 then perfect, if not then who? A vodafone quality assurance or any other sales agent etc.
