Hi, everyone,
I already sent an e-mail to Vodafone but didn't reply so I'm trying my luck here (also because my German is not that good to call their Service number).
I have a contract for my internet ("Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable") since September - that should charge me 23euros/month in the first year. However, they charged me 35 euros in September and in October and additionally 10,60 euros in October. I read again the contract and there's nothing written about possible extra charges. I don't understand this extra cost and in "My Vodafone" portal I can only find the 10.60 euros bill, however the other two direct debits are registered in the bank account.
Does anyone know what could have happened or what I could do to solve it and maybe get the money back?
