Dear Vodafone people,
On January 2020, I had mistakenly paid my internet invoice two times (via two different accounts). What should I do to get my money back? I wrote one time to a Vodafone officer and they sent me a letter that says I should write in here to reach an English speaking colleague. I would appreciate it if you come back to me to solve this problem.

I'm happy to help you. Did you indicate the correct reason for payment with your transfer, so that it could be assigned to your customer account with us? If it has been booked there, it will not be lost and will be offset against the following invoices. Take a look at your invoices in the customer portal.
