Dear Sir/Madam, 
I am having DSL internet contract number ***.

The internet was not working between 10.12.2021 to 15.12.2021. I call to customer care on 11.12.2021 to complain and someone activated new plans without even my confirmation. I complain again and send emails many times and visit the local Vodafone office and then I received a call from someone and they told me that the order is canceled and I will get an invoice for the same as I was paying for last one year EUR19.99

But today I have received the invoice of EUR 42 including additional services which are initiated on 11.12.2021.
I want my internet to work properly with the normal price which I was paying. Why the amount is higher now. Please refund my money and cancel all additional telephone services. I don't need it. This is really painful.

Hi Gurjit,

 

I have now corrected it and revoked the contract change you did not want. You will receive a written confirmation by post about the revocation. The fees will be corrected automatically with the next invoice. Sorry colleagues didn't do this sooner. Do you have any further questions?

Hi Lars,
Thank you very much for your response and for fixing the problem. 

I have some questions please answer into points. 
1) I am paying  EUR 19.99 and this month I paid EUR 41.80. If I understand correctly then this extra amount will adjust in next month. please give confirmation?
2) I got a telephone call from a woman on 30.12.2021 and she confirm that the problem is fixed and there is no extra cost but I still get an invoice. who is responsible? why the invoice was not correct?
3) My internet didn't work between 10.12.2021 to 15.12.2021 and I face a huge problem and it is still breaking after every few days and I am having problems. Is there any way to fix it permanently?
4) I face huge stress due to my internet which is not good. who will give compensation for my loss?

correct, the correction of the fees will be done with the next invoice. Then you will be refunded the overpaid fees.

 

Unfortunately, I can only help you with contractual matters. If you have problems with your connection, please open a post in our trouble board. The responsible colleagues will then take a look at it. Please include these points in the thread so that the colleagues can help right away.
