Problems with the internet connection (it is cutting very often and for a long time)

Hi:
During the last days I have been experiencing internet connection problems. The internet connection just stops for several hours and the router light (Power / Cable) is blinking and not able to synchronize. I have to turn off the router several times and turn on, and sometimes it works.

For example it did not work during the whole day yesterday 6th of June 2022, neither on 5th June during the evening. Today (7th June) it worked from 9 to 18:30 and stopped working for a couple of hours. Just now 21:00 it is working.

 

This constant interruptions are a problem for us because we are working from home.

 

Please find my data below:

 

  • State HEsse, city Oberursel 61440
  • Contract: Office Internet & Phone 200 (from Unitymedia)
  • Router: Fritz!Box Cable
  • It is a rental device (installed by Unitymedia three years ago)
  • The error is described above, it disconnects from internet and takes several hours to connect again.
  • Our devices are connected to the router by WI-FI
  • Described above, several time during the last days... yesterday the whole day

Please I need a solution. I have tried emailing the email address in my invoice (business@unitymedia.de) and the phone number 0800 / 9100 300, but we no answer.
