How can I cancel something I ordered by mistake?

Hi,

I am sorry to post here but my German is bad and I can't find another way of contacting you.

I ordered by mistake an addon on my contract. It is for landline and I don't even have a phone.

As I just ordered few hours ago I hope I can cancel it being in the 14 days.

How should I do?
Can I speak to someone in English or have the correct info on how to proceed?

What kind of contract (DSL, cable or mobile) you have? What option (the name) you ordered?

I ask because I can move your thread in the right forum. 🙂

I have Vodafone CableMax 1000 which was a Red 200 until few days ago.

I wanted to order a new SIM card for my mobile and by mistake I ordered a flat EU calls for my fixed line (which I don't use).

This is what I received in the order: "Mobile & Euro-Flat, Kündigungsfrist 1 Tag"

I'd be happy to take a look at it. I just have one quick question. Do you already have a mobile phone contract and maybe got the GigaKombi? With this you get the Mobile & Euro Flat for free. Have a look at your customer portal, where you can see all the elements of your contract.

 

If you still need help, write me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message. Afterwards, log in again here in the thread.
