Hi,
After a messy move to the new location, it's very hard to find old modem return ticket. On website they only show the address where to send, but there is no reference to where modem is actually sent from (us, i.e. that we indeed returned it).
Can someone help to generate new DHL return sticker or advice on what information do we need to put inside together with modem (customer Nr., etc. )

You just send it on your own cost as DHL Paket (not Päckchen). Keep the ticket with the tracking number, than you are fine. Devices are identified by their serial numbers. If you send more than one device, than add a list with all devices and individual numbers.
