Dear Team,
My Vodafone cable contract will end on 19th December 2021, but before that I left the country. So before leaving, on 30th Nov 2021 I returned the device, but it returned to me on 2nd December 2021. My colleague helped me to resend it on 14th December 2021. Currently there is no update on my device on the mein Vodafone site also not received any shipment id for my return.
Could you please help me here?
I am attaching here the receipt of my 2nd returning attempt.

Didn't you receive a confirmation of receipt by email? Since you did not send the device insured, in the worst case scenario you will be charged for damages for a device that has not been returned, and the mods cannot change that here either.
With the receipt you can only prove that you paid the postage for an uninsured parcel, but not whether and where you sent it, and it cannot be tracked whether it has arrived.
