Ich habe ein Problem mit Internet und TV.

Du kannst dein Problem aber auch hier in der Community posten. Die Moderatoren hier sollten mit Englisch zurechtkommen. 🙂

But you can tell your issue here at the community, too. The moderators should cope with the english language. 🙂

Hello, thank you for reply.

Well my internet problem regards download. These days its oscillating, up and down, and it know to be 1 or 2 Mbps, and it should be 180 or even 200 Mbps.

Other problem is that I can not watch TV, because system can not update it self. I see only this for some time (picture attached), and then on my TV box, a have some red light, next to white color line.

Is the bandwidth only so low in the evening or are there problems all day long?

Does the box try to install an update every time it starts?
