Dear Sirs,
it appears that I have two Kabel contracts, i receive two bills but i have only one active line.
I have received a letter from you that one of them had been cancelled, (Widerrfsbestätigung Ihrer Zeichen EES/O19/24.12.19), but this is the active one and therefore i don't want to change it!
How can we solve this problem?

Hi achilko,
we terminated the contract with the customer number ...4077 after consultation with the complaints management. You will receive a confirmation.
