Hello! Firstly, sorry for my poor German skills. I had recently used the online portal via MeinVodafone to register and relocate my DSL connection to my new flat within the same city (Kiel). After having successfully booked the relocation service, I observe that the new flat does not support DSL but only Cable. I believe in this case I will need new equipment to continue using the service since my easybox 804 will not support the cable. Am I required to purchase the equipment separately or how does the process continue? Nedd some information on this.

If you have ordered a new cable internet connection, you will receive the appropriate hardware. The DSL connection is terminated and you then send the easybox back again.

Hello Tina!
I have not ordered a new cable internet connection. All I did was use the online portal for registering the relocation service. I did not order any new cable connection assuming it will be automatically done for me since the new apartment doesn't support DSL. I received an email with an order number and link to check for the status of my order. I see two sections on the status page. One with my old address with the caption "Vielen Dank für Ihren Auftrag. Er ist am 28.05.2018 bei uns eingegangen. Wir prüfen jetzt, ob Ihr Auftrag vollständig ist und die gewünschten Vodafone-Produkte verfügbar sind". The other section with my new address says "Wir haben Ihren Anschluss an der neuen Adresse zum Wunschtermin bestellt". These status messages have been like this for a while now. As of now I have no idea how to proceed.

I have not booked any new cable connection for my new address. I have only booked the relocation service. I had a dsl connection in my old address so I only booked the relocation to the new address. I really need a step by step guide as to what has to be done by me to shift my older Internet connection to my new apartment. . I only see the status for my relocation service using the order number that was sent to me via email. I will send you the text of the email in a private message.

I am in urgent need of Internet at my new apartment. If the connection can be shifted to the new address at the earliest, it would be great. I work mostly from home so life without Internet is a big problem.
