Here I have a problem that I cannot change the billing address online, I thought the problem is that in the old address the "First Name" field is empty and is in grey that I cannot change.
Is there a way to fix this?

what exactly is the address you want to change and for what reason? You cannot simply change the address for the connection, as this is a move that must be reported to the relocation service

I understood that the connection can only be relocated through the relocation service. My contract is coming to the end and I simply want to change the billing address to receive potential mails in the future rather than change the connection location. I supposed that the problem raises since the field "full name" is empty.
