hey guys, need assistance with my contract cancellation.
I moved into an apartment on April 1st, 2019 that didn't allow for external internet service providers. I contacted vodafone service about the issue and they infromed me that the contract could be cancelled but there would be a charge of 3 months. I was ok with the 3 months charge but it appears I'll be charged till teh end of December instead of the 3 months from the date of moving into the new location April 1st ( till July 1st).
Could you please remedy the contract cancellation situation.

Hello rgmes,
we did receive your notice of termination and relocation on 26th of September 2019. The notice period starts on this day. So that the period starts with the moving day you must inform us before the day.
