Confirmation for GigaTV return

Hello again dear vodafoners,

 

I got my red 200 changed for gigabit internet(intense network problems) and lady on phone told me I had to take GIGA TV with it for test aswell.

She assured me I can return the TV equipment within 14 days and I wont be required to take extra contract for the TV package I dont need.

 

I have now returned the giga tv things withing 14 days(Sendungsnummer 188585365981, package delivered). In my account information I still see the gigatv package. Could you please check for me if the return is complete and the GigaTV is removed from my contract. I dont want to be stuck with it for 2 years as I never wanted in the first place.

Hello NikeM,

 

you have received the contract documents for the GigaBox. Within 14 days you can cancel this contract via GigaTV. The return of the devices is not sufficient. Did you send us a cancellation and when?

I sent the cancellation notice via vodafone website widerruf/stornierung march 21st same day i sent back the equipment.

 

In return I got this message, with [T202003230135S010Z65570742] in the headline...

Hello NikeM,

 

have you ever checked in your customer portal under documents whether a confirmation is stored there?

 

Otherwise I can also take a look at your data if you want. For this purpose I need your customer number, name, date of birth and address via private message. Afterwards, please report back here in the article.

Using the web portal widerruf/stornierung service like before mentioned, I've also given the email reply ticket number to you so should not be a problem to find it.
