Closing Broadband contract

Hi,

I am moving out of Germany next week. I am trying to to submit a request using 'termination' option on vodofone site, but unable to do so.

I tried uploading my house de-registration document as well, but nothing seems to be working. Please help .

what state are you from? If you have Vodafone Kabel Deutschland, please notify the relocation service of your move.
