Hi Team,
I would need help to move my vodafone connection in the same apartment to a different house.
My contract would be closing this June 2023. Please suggest to avoid moving charges as it is same house and continue my existing contract. I want my contract to be open ended after Jun 2024 and not renew another 24 months (as I am not sure of my stay).
Thank You
Deepak

You kinda contradict yourself in a confusing way. First you say "same apartment, different house" (which sounds impossible), later you say same house (which sounds realistic). If the latter is the case (meaning your adress will still be the same, like Main Street 12), you shouldn't even need to notify Vodafone of the move, simply plug the router cable in the outlet of the new apartment. Your contract will keep running as it is, and after the end of the initial 24 month minimum term will automatically renew on a monthly basis. If you already have access to the new apartment, you can test that by simply plugging in the router there and see if it works.

Thank you. I am correcting the statement
as I am moving to a different apartment in the same house.
As you said, I will try to plug in my router in the new apartment in a day or two.
Please note that during my initial setup, vodafone provided a connection in the basement and I am expecting if something needs to be changed there as its a different apartment now.
Thanks much,
Deepak
