Please let me know cheaper tariff options, that I can change my contract to?
Also, kindly let me know the date when the changes can be in place? As I understood I have 4-weeks notification for changing/cancelling the contract.
Please also advise why the price changed to 43.98 EUR per month, while as per contract it was supposed to be 39 eur after the first year.

Hello AlSP,
you can find your invoices in your customer portal. There you will also find a list of the individual items that make up the invoice amount. You currently have Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable 39.99 Euro /month and the security package for 3.99 Euro /month.
You could change to our tariff Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable for 34,99 Euro per month.

When did I sign up for security package? It wasn't there on my original contract.

Hi AlSP,
that's always in the contract. In the first 2 months it is free. It can be terminated at any time with a period of 4 weeks.
