I would like to change my tariff from Red Internet & Phone Young 200 Cable (currently) to Red Internet & Phone Young 100 Cable (desired). When signing up for the contract, both tariffs were the same price for the first year and I was told that it would not be a problem to change to Red Internet & Phone Young 100 Cable after the first year (contract began 05.04.2018).
I am currently not in Germany because of work and do not have a German mobile to contact any of the numbers Vodafone provide.
I contacted support via message and was told to open a thread on this forum.

thanks for your pm.
Yes, you can change your tariff to the lower Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable (34,99 Euro per month) on 05.04.2018. This would not restart the term.
I can store this in your customer account so that the adjustment is done in April.

Hi JulieO,
no, that's the price for the regular Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable, as offered in your order confirmation. After the first year all Young Cable tariffs change to the regular price.
