Changing landline contract before yearly renewal

Hello. I want to change something in my current landline contract, before it gets renewed automatically for another year.

Unfortunately I don't speak German and I can't use your hotline.

Additionally my local Vodafone shop, where I could talk in English with the staff, has closed.

How can I get a call from you on my mobile to talk about my contract by phone? Of course by an operator who can speak with me in English (or even better in Italian, my mother tongue)
