Hello. I started my contract for internet with Vodafone last August-September. You had an offer of 20 € per month for a year all the tariffs so I got the 1000 Mb and you said after a year I could go to a lower tariff.
Now I'm trying to do that but it doesn't give me the option to go to a lower tariff.
Please what can I do?

you cannot make the change to a smaller tariff yourself. This can only be ordered by the customer service alo also we here. It is best to do this promptly, about 14 days before the first year ends. When exactly is that with you?

I can offer you the Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable rate for 34. 99 euros per month. However, the changeover can only take place at the end of August, as your contract is still valid for such a long time. Just tell me here in the thread, if I should note it.
