Change of monthly payment

A sudden change has happened in my internet subscription monthly fee, now it is 35€ instead of 20€ , what is the reason of this increase and why wasn't I notified about the update?

you can change to the Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable rate to 29.99 Euro per month, there is no other offer. You can read it in your order confirmation.

We decided that the reduction to 35% of the speed is not a good deal for a 15% reduction in the price. So we decided to leave the speed as it is now.
