I would like to cancel I my kabel Deutschland contract as I am moving to new city (Berlin). I am moving with my husband in Berlin and he already have a kabel Deutschland connection in Berlin. Please let me know the procedure to cancel the contract.
Unfortunately I didn't receive the cancellation confirmation yet in my new address . Also monthly charge was deducted for January also even though I have cancelled the contract . Could you please help with clarifying this .
