Hello,
This month I am moving to a new place where vodafone kabel internet cannot be installed. What would be the procedure to cancel my current kabel contract?

Hello salmanzaidi,
you still have to report a normal move, including a new address and date. If it is then established that the connection at the new address can no longer be used, the contract will be terminated in accordance with the Telecommunications Act. You can report the move using the move form.

Thanks for the info, I tried using the move form to fill in my new address but it takes me to a 'customer portal not available page'.
Initially I thought its a temporary problem with the portal so I waited 2 days to try again and I was still getting that error, then I tried changing address (as my new address is a newly constructed building in Heidelberg Bahnstadt) to see if that can cause any problems, and I figured out if I switch my address to some of the old buildings on the same street (Langer Anger), it works fine.
Is it still a customer portal issue or do I just have to wait more?
