My mobifunk contract will expire end of 2018 which means now in September I am allowed to start the cancellation process. I actually wanted to continue with Vodafone and I am have been in contact with one of the moderators here MichaelM. He gave me good offer to prolong it in terms of data volume. But because we want to buy also a phone with the new contract - its price is way more expensive than with some competitors. Unfortunately I am not able to write him more private messages, it always give me some error that I have reached the limit of messages. So that is why I write here and request help with the next steps to cancel the contract propely.
Nevertheless what is the process of kundigung and of course keeping the phone numbers /we are 2 cards on same contract/.
On this account I have dsl/internet contract which I am keeping independantly.
My mobifunk contract was till now connected with the company I was working and changed it now to me a private person since august, but obviously it is with some other customer number. It is a bit of mess since I dont under which email is this contract. I cannot see anywhere.
