My vodafone contract of 2 years is going to be over in May and I would NOT like to extend my vodafone DSL connection and cancel it by February. Please suggest the process for DSL termination

Hello DSL_connection,
the cancellation must be made via the contact form, which Stephan has linked to you. There is a dialog number only for DSL, but you use cable.

I have filled the online form and submitted the request once again,
Note:When I tried to fill the form it displayed message that request is already submitted .However it allowed me to submit the supplementary request.You can see the request and successful submission message in the screenshots attached.Hope you receive this time
