Yes, I can tell you wjhy I am cancelling the order - in summary, the sales person "Ronny" in your Bad Pyrmont branch lied to me about the installation.
Before signing the order for Cable Internet, I asked Ronny the following questions:
1. Question: How long will it take to install the Internet connection in my apartment? Answer from Ronny: "2 days".
This is important to me because I need internet for my work and to keep in touch with my family.
This was a lie - it has now been over 2 weeks, and I still have no internet connection.
2. Question: Will I need to be at home for the installation to take place? Answer from Ronny: "No. If you are not at home, the installer will leave a note in your mailbox, and you can collect the Router from the delivery depot".
This is important to me because I cannot easily take time off work.
This was a lie - I was forced to take time off work to let the installer into my apartment building. That was 11 days after I placed the order with Ronny.
3. Question: Will there be any new cabling in my apartment building? Answer from Ronny: "No. You can just plug the router into the wall in your apartment".
This is important to me because my landlord explicitly told me that she does not want any new cabling in the building.
This was a lie. The installer told me that he must install a new cable from the basement of the building to my apartment on the second floor.
If Ronny had not lied to me, then I could have made an informed decision about placing an order for Internet with Vodafone. Perhaps I would have chosen DSL instead. However, because of Ronny, you have now lost a potential customer.
Please confirm that the order for Cable Internet has been cancelled.
