Cancel or transfer my contract to other person

Hello, my customer number is xxxxxxxxxxx and I already moved out, my friend also already lived in my old apartment now. Can I transfer my Vodafone contract to him directly? Or I should cancel my contract and he has to apply new one by himself? If this can't be transferred, then please cancel my contract.

Hello ChengKai,

if you move, you have to report a move. If the connection is possible at the new address, the contract with you moves. Only if the availability is not given, it is possible to terminate the contract according to the Telecommunications Act.if you move, you have to report a move. Thank you very much for your quick reply.

When I report my move out, I don't want to take any of the Vodafone contract (either TV or internet) with me, however, it says that I have to bring at least one service with me (message shown as: Fehler. Bitte ergänze oder korrigier folgende Eingabe: Bitte gib mindestens ein Produkt an.). I think I can cancel my contract before January, 2021, right? (Vertragsbeginn:15.04.2018. Frühestmögliches Vertragsende:15.04.2021. Letztmöglicher Kündigungseingang bis:20.01.2021). Please help me cancel my contract, thank you very much.

Hi ChengKai,

there are only 2 options. If the new address is supplied by us, then the contracts move with it. If not then a cancellation with a period of notice of 3 months is possible.
