Can't call costomer service... i am using a dutch number

Hi, I am using a dutch number and I can't call the customer service number it doesn't work... is there an email or something? for anyone could help me here? I am moving back to Netherlands. I want to end the contract.

A pretty smart way to get pretty much all the initial information you need is using the search feature of the board or alternatively just a little reading here.  There are literally dozens and dozens of threads that deal with precisely this subject and contain all and any input you might require.

In a nutshell:

• Provide Vodafone with written prrof that you are leaving Germany (e.g. "Abmeldebestätigung").
• Request a premature cancellation of your fixed network contract.
• Wait for approval.
• Return all and any rental hardware in the timeframe contractually agreed on.
• Be prepared to pay the monthly fee for an additional three months after the cancellation took effect.
