In june 2018 I was to the office in weissenfels(markt str.) for extending the contract. Also I get married and I change my name in *** and the adress.
After a few months I see I pay the some money, without any discount , I figure out that this employee make me a new contract on the *** and leave it open and the old one on ***, and now I have 2 contract.
But I have only a receiver, because the old one I return it.
Please help me , and I want my money back. I should pay 19.99 euro not 43.99 euro.
I have 2 contract because the fault of this employee, but I have one service, one receiver

Let me get this straight: You've changed your name and address. In addition there is the language barrier and already there are two contracts. I cannot judge who is really to blame for this.
