Hi fotoramic,
we're already talking about the contract you just moved to or another one? There is currently a 200er bandwidth available. How is the connection via LAN?
Best regards
Lars

Hi fotoramic,
the modem supports Gigabit through LAN. It seems like the connected Hardware doesn't or the connected cable doesn't. Did you replace that for a test?
There are over 40 WiFis in your direct neighbourhood. That's the reason why there is a bad connection with 2,4GHz. You should use 5GHz in this case.
Kind regards
Marco

Hi fotoramic,
there some WiFis with same SSID, f.e. the Hotspots. From your experience we should replace the router for free. Is that okay for you?
Kind regards
Marco

Hi fotoramic,
at this moment there are exactly 26 WiFis (2,4 and 5GHz combined). There were 44 on the previous check. Your modem alone emits 4 WiFis ![]()
However when we did replace the modem in the past an the WiFi did not change to better quality, there is nothing we can do at this point. It is a standard-modem with regular performance. If you want a better WiFi you can use your own router instead of the given one or you can use a router behind the bridged cable-router as WiFi-accesspoint.
Kind regards
Marco
