Hello
I have tried to access my account using the monthly email that Vodafone sends. However, I couldn't remember my log in name or password. I tried both options where they are sent to your email address but NOTHING has come through for an hour. Nothing in SPAM. Nothing.
I think I worked out my username but still can't get the password.
Why I need to log in?
PLEASE HELP!

Hello Tripszy,
in which federal state do you live? Did you register and could you sign on before? Have you tried creating a new account? You need to add the contract again.
