Help. No chance to log in to my account.

Hello

I have tried to access my account using the monthly email that Vodafone sends. However, I couldn't remember my log in name or password. I tried both options where they are sent to your email address but NOTHING has come through for an hour. Nothing in SPAM. Nothing.

I think I worked out my username but still can't get the password.

Why I need to log in?

1. The cablebox broke last week and a new one was sent. I was asked to return the old one but don't have a return stamp or address
2. The new cablebox service is AWFUL. Wifi keeps cutting in and out and is super slow.

Hello Tripszy,

in which federal state do you live? Did you register and could you sign on before? Have you tried creating a new account? You need to add the contract again.
